While certainly having a purpose and place in mainstream and indie perfumery, we believe that synthetics alone do not represent what scent and perfume should be — inimitable, luxurious and natural — an olfactory interpretation of an essence in its true form that elicits emotion, connects us to the natural world, and ties memories to the moments in our lives. Synthetic materials alone fall short of our standard for drawing upon the richness and beauty that exists in the natural world. If you have a risk-prone address, we recommend you send to a safer locale. Customers may request "no signature confirmation" in the Order Note section of the Shopping Cart page, at their own risk.
If the item is stolen after tracked delivery, the order cannot be refunded or replaced. We cannot file claims for orders that have been designated as "delivered" by UPS or USPS. We can file claims for orders that have be designated as "lost in transit" by UPS or USPS.
All products ship from California, shipments can take up to 5 business days to the East Coast. We do not accept returns of perfumes, simply because perfumes can't be resold once they've been opened and used. We encourage you to order samples before purchasing full bottles of perfume. You may order one sample per fragrance, up to 15 total in a single order. Samples are non-refundable. You may request up to 3 samples with any qualifying order.
