I was then offered to go inside and place the order. Why not just shut the drive through down and send everyone inside. This location also has worst Chick-fil-A employees. The food was really good but they had out order as to go when we told them it was for here.

Yesterday was my first at another and they were amazing and kind. Then they got my order wrong and wanted to charge us for the correction stating I ordered the wrong thing. How could they know that since I ordered Auth a man and they weren't even around for my order.
Though I would love if we had one of these where I live, I am glad this one is not my one choice! Good not great. Staff seem lackadaisical and wont travel up line to take orders in drive thru. They'll wait for you to come to them and it cause significant back ups at times.
The re-designed drive thru is a much needed improvement. The food is top tier for a chick-fil-a. Same problem as other locations with high prices.
A lady almost had a rage attack that I turned into the little street that leads to drive through from the Bryan direction, but I was just trying to get out of the way, also had a ton of cars behind me waiting to turn.
I came at lunch time on a weekday, and discovered that this location is frequented by students from the local high school at about pm.
In fact, there were 20 or so students in line or waiting for orders. I have nothing against them, they were like any other customers, but I mention just to say there were a lot of them and they were loud, which is to explain that this location is very busy at lunch, and even after the normal lunch hour.
It took a while for my food to come out as you would expect in a busy situation and the tables were a bit messy, for the same reason.
Changing my review on this location. We are so disappointed. On Thursday, we went to grab something to eat after all of 4 kids got out of school, after waiting on the drive thru for almost 20 minutes when they were going to take our order they told us there is no more chicken sandwiches, and they made us wait behind all the others cars for an additional 15 minutes, we asked to speak with a manager and Dulce came to talked to us with a bad attitude then we asked to speak with an area manager and she walked away not caring, when we passed by the window we asked the cashier's for corporates number and it 3 times before we got it and she just mocked us.
Maybe an area manager can contact me if they truly read the reviews. The management for this store needs to be replaced and read the reviews from other customers Chick-Fil-A is a great company but with employees like this are worse than McDonald's Let see if management cares I have been going here for a while and I haven't had any issues before but today when I opened my sandwich there was a bug in the lettuce.
I hope that in the future that the lettuce is cleaned a bit more thoroughly. Sandwich shop. I've been going to Boudin's for many years.
They have by far the best sourdough bread I've had anywhere. They have a number different types of breads and seasonal breads also. Everything I've had has been good but it's all about the sourdough for me.
Oh, and the chocolate chip cookies are to die for! I loved my yummy sour dough chowder bread bowl. My hubby did not like the pork chipotle sandwich and his salad was drenched in dressing remember to ask for dressing on the side!
Service was ok, but there was no ice in the drink machine. Yummy 😋 soup in a bowl was delicious! Can't go wrong because they put it into their baked bread. This Boudin provides the real San Francisco sourdough bread and clam chowder. The lunch combination bowl of soup and half sandwich is a good value.
The food is out quickly, and the quality is also good. What a mess at this branch. None of the tables had been cleared and there was half-eaten food everywhere. Turned out the cashier was also the table busser. None of the other employees seemed too concerned with the mess. Made me wonder what the cleanliness standards were in the kitchen.
The food tasted okay, however. This used to be a nice place. We love going to Boudin in San Francisco, and were delightfully surprised to find one close to our hotel in Irvine.
The chicken club had super crispy bacon, and very fresh avocado, it was just perfect. The sourdough bread bowl with chowder is always perfection. Super quick and friendly service, and if you sign up for rewards, you get a free bread every month you make a purchase.
This place has been recommended to me many times by acquaintances. I tried their famous soup. It looked like it came out of a can. The reason for my low rating is because you guys are the ONE AND ONLY business that usually take one or two spots in front of your store with your useless vans.
Several times when I went there to just pickup my food, I needed to park and walk. A few times I decided to have dinner somewhere else because the parking was full and the van was there! I visited after the lunch rush this week. The dining room had people at a few tables, and the rest of the tables were dirty.
Ok, I get it, they were short handed like everyone else. They took my order promptly-a cup of Butternut Squash soup, yogurt parfait and a drink. That seemed steep. I waited nearly 30 minutes for my food :. That seemed a long time for soup and yogurt.
In fact I'm I had to ask about it. When my food finally arrived I will say it was delicious! But I think I'll be looking for some other alternatives.
If possible, I would give this place zero stars. This location near Jamboree and Main in Irvine is the worst. Boudin sourdough bowl soup is what you are known for and the biggest reason to go. Also forgot drinks. Went back and they said we are out of sourdough bowls.

Counter-serve, industrial-chic chain restaurant known for build-your-own pizzas. Did an online order, came on time and my food was hot and ready - no issues. Friendly greeting from staff and clean area to eat outside. Of course, the food was incredible with our custom pizzas and very worth the price.
Need more of them around CA. You can make your own pizza within 5 minutes. Choose your doughs and toppings whatever you want and then wait less than 5 minutes. You can get the pizza 🍕 faster than you expect.

Went today after a month or so of not going there and it was completely changed! Looked like a whole new staff was there and it was such a shame! The person pressing and making your pizza did not look like they were in dress code while wearing sandals and his toes are out was not the most appetizing thing!
Then there was a guy with glasses that was extremely LOUD acting like he is at a concert yelling!! I get having fun at the work place, but measure yourself and read your audience!
He literally ignored 3 customers waiting to be charged just to get his final joke in! A huge let down for a place that I considered amazing! Hopefully this was temporary, but if not then please be prepared to basically walk into a Frat House of how loud and unwelcoming these guys were!
Lastly, there was a guy that had a whole set up for smoking weed or some type of drug laid out on the dining room to the open area where people can see this, bus instead of the team acknowledging this they instead encouraged it primarily the guy with glasses and his 3 gold chains!
Only saving grace was that the quality of food was still good if you can look past everything else! Thank you.

The chicken and shredded carnitas was amazing too bad there is barely any. Obviously there is a management issue, because they do not want to work. You go there happy or on normal mood, and it would be just gone in seconds after looking at them. The portions they put in the bowl is ridiculous, most of the people have to fight with them to get normal sized portions.

Huge fan of this location and highly recommended! This spot is okay, but it is almost always crowded and they take a while to prepare the drinks. The interior is nice, and the drinks are okay, but the wait times worsen the experience.

Tea flavors are unique and refreshingly yummy. Plus, it seems that they use half and half instead of milk making their drinks extra creamy. Also great quality tea bases, brewed strong enough that you can actually taste them! The staff is friendly and quite informative of the ingredients and proud of the quality.
Not only that, but they provide a lot of the mix-ins maybe even a bit too much, which isn't a bad thing in my opinion.

We have been coming to Cha For Tea For years. Not only are their drinks delicious, but so is their food! They have good boba here too. Some places the boba isn't good,but here it's delicious.
And if you don't like your drinks too sweet just tell them to adjust the sweetness. The employees are always nice too so that's a plus! Let me preface this by saying that the staff at this location are very helpful and provide great customer service, even the trainee who had taken our order was very kind.
However, I had ordered two drinks with brown sugar boba and both drinks had so many brown sugar chunks, granules, and pieces at the bottom that I couldn't drink it and we ended up throwing them away.
I'm not sure if this was a bad batch of boba, but it really ruined my experience with this store especially since this was the second time I had come back to try and give it another shot.
Additionally, the chai milk tea and thai teas did not taste the best, so I couldn't even salvage just the tea from my drinks and throw away the boba. I was excited to try the Royal Milk Tea because I love earl grey, but it was sickeningly sweet. I'm the kind of person who doesn't normally adjust the sweetness level, but the Royal Milk Tea with no adjustment was undrinkable. I had the Mango Green tea another time and it was delicious.
